A fun living room...how much would I love to paint this on a wall?
I can't tell you how much I want this outfit~and yet, seem to own none of the requisite pieces! How does that happen?
I love this bedroom wall soooo much! I wanted to copy it in my new bedroom, but N.H. said he wants to wait until "we find something perfect"...ugh, you perfectionists...
...so, I recreated it in my living room instead:

i LOVE the new hair!! what was the inspiration? were you planning this (i don't recall you mentioning it beforehand)? how does newhusband like it?
that living room is fantastic and i think you should paint on the walls, or atleast put something on the walls that you can paint on.
i find it very hard to believe that you don't own any of the pieces in that outfit! the look is so implicitly you (at first it looks like a photo of you!) it's very smart, young, boston prof.
good job with the living room art installation--can't wait to see it in person! btw-when it comes to art in my own house i tend to loose a little of my perfectionism--i mean i'm still always looking for the perfect thing but i realize that once i find the perfect thing, something else just as perfect will pop up so i just layer--maybe that why my walls are always pretty full. not sure how it looks to other people but since it's a giant pile of everything i love it looks good to me . . .
